"Magical Shores" is an expansive outdoor interactive installation on Sentosa Island's beach, designed to offer a captivating evening experience for both tourists and locals. It combines digital nature images with real-time responses to wind and motion, enhancing visitors' connection with the environment. The beach of Magical Shores has soft sand, and by illuminating the sandy shore with projections, it enhances the experience of feeling the sand barefoot, making it a regenerative aspect of the lighting design. By toning down the extravagance and focusing on creating a cozy atmosphere, we were able to transform it into an art experience that would encourage people to visit repeatedly.

「Magical Shores」は、セントーサ島のビーチに広がる、光のインタラクティブアートで、観光客と地元の人々に向けて魅力的な夜間体験を提供するためにデザインされた。体験者と環境とのつながりを高められるように、その時々の風の動きなどの自然現象に合わせて、光や音の表情が変わるようになっている。この砂浜は柔らかい砂が特徴だった。この砂を照らすことで、それを素足で感じる体験が提供できた。また、派手さを抑えて、居心地の良い演出にすることで、繰り返し足を運んでもらえる体験アートにすることができた。
